Scott E. Woodruff, O.D.
Dr. Woodruff is a Roseburg native having attended local schools and graduated from Roseburg High School. After receiving his Bachelor and Doctor of Optometry degrees from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Or. he moved back to Roseburg and began practice with his father Dr. Byron Woodruff. Dr. Woodruff has been very active in the local community having been president of the Chamber of Commerce, the Kiwanis Club and the Douglas Community Foundation. Dr. Woodruff has also been active with the Oregon Optometric Physicians Assoc. and continues keeping educated and trained in the latest information in eyecare. As a primary care eye doctor he has always kept his practice broadbased in caring for children as well as adults and is your entry point into keeping your eyes healthy. Dr. Woodruff has specialized in contact lenses for many years and fits toric, colored, bifocal as well as difficult to fit contact lenses.

Scott L. Stanley, O.D.
Dr. Stanley grew up in Albany, OR where he graduated from West Albany High School. After graduating with a Bachelors degree in biology from Willamette University in Salem, he attended the Southern Californian College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA where he was president of both the Honor Society and the Sports Vision Club. Dr. Stanley moved to Roseburg in July of 2002, joining Dr. Scott Woodruff at New Visions Eyecare. Dr. Stanley also worked in the optometry department at the Roseburg VA hospital for over a year. Dr. Stanley is active in the local community and is a member of the Roseburg Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce Greeters Club, and a graduate of Project Leadership. He is also on the Greater Douglas County United Way Board and Boys and Girls Club Board. Dr. Stanley is a member of the Oregon Optometric Physicians Assoc, as well as the American Optometry Assoc. He is trained in all areas of eye care including ocular disease and contact lenses for patients of all ages. His previous training includes such diverse locations as a Los Angeles VA hospital, Warm Springs Indian Reservation, and Maricopa County Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. His experiences with patients range from in-house nursing home care to preschool vision screenings. He continues to be up to date with the latest diagnostic and treatment techniques.
